PP pleated filter cartridge is a kind of advanced deep filter , the nominal rating range is from 0.1 um to 60 um. The filter membrane, its filter precision is not affected by the material loaded pressure and it has the low differential pressure , high flux , excellent filter efficiency and lower cost. It’s new type of filter and deeply accepted by the users, and it’s being substituted for string wound , cardboard etc… unfixed type filters.

Characteristics:
Chemistry compatibility widely, large flux, low differential pressure, long service life, nominal rating range extensively, multiple options, may satisfy the each kind of application. It could be cleaned by ordinary way and using the high-pressured disinfection cabinet and steam for disinfection.

Typical application:
1. Electronic industry: pre-filter for reverse osmosis equipment, and deionized water system. 2. Food industry: beverages, beer and mineral water etc……
3. Chemical industry: organic dissolvent and ink
4. Medicine industry: medicine , organism , plasma , compressed air and air .
5. Others: electroplate solution, metal cutting solution and magnetic medium etc…..

Operation conditions:
1. Maximum operation pressure difference: 95°C 1.4 kg/cm2
                                                                 60°C 2.8 kg/cm2
                                                                 20°C 4.9 kg/cm2
2. Suggestive pressure difference changes at:2.5 kg/cm2
3. Highest operation temperature: 95°C
4. Bacteria extermination conditions:121°C, over 10 times/ 30 min
